Project Explorer · Setup guide
One exact project. Your brand. A clear experience scope.
Project Explorer serves real estate brokers, brokerage firms and real estate developers. Start with the project identity and the brand your buyers should see. Veldence uses the project information, plans and dimensions in the RERA filings to prepare the experience.
Agree the scope before rollout.
Confirm the configurations to prepare, the project information to present and the depth of the experience. Ask which walkthrough, dimension, sunlight and clearance features are included for your project.
The scope and delivery timeline are confirmed after discussion. The five inputs identify the project and branding; they are not a promise of instant generation or identical coverage for every project.
Keep the source and the representation clear.
Geometry is based on the filed plans and dimensions. Furniture and finishes are illustrative unless marked otherwise. When the experience represents a configuration, confirm how individual-flat differences are handled.
If source information is incomplete or inconsistent, resolve the discrepancy with Veldence before treating the prepared view as a confirmed specification.
Review it as a buyer before sharing.
- Can a buyer identify the project and understand the location and amenities?
- Can they find the relevant configuration and connect it to its plan?
- Does the prepared walkthrough match the selected configuration?
- Are illustrative elements clearly distinguished?
- Is your brand and contact number correct on desktop and phone?
