Agent Zone · Evaluation guide

Evaluate the whole workflow, not just the summary.

A convincing demo should show what enters the CRM, what becomes work, what still needs an agent, and how completion is known.

Bring one representative buyer conversation.

Use a supported call or message exchange that contains buyer preferences, a dated callback and a promise with one missing detail. Agree the expected facts and commitments before the demonstration.

Inspect the resulting lead and work items. A fluent summary alone does not establish that the record or follow-through is correct.

Ask the same questions of every option.

CheckpointWhat to inspect
CaptureDo the configuration, location, budget and purpose match the conversation?
AttributionAre the buyer’s preferences distinct from the agent’s suggestions?
CommitmentsAre separate promises represented as separate work items?
Missing informationDoes an unknown time stay unknown until someone supplies it?
Follow-upDoes an agreed callback appear with its captured date and time?
CompletionIs a promise distinct from scheduled work and completed work?
ContinuityCan another authorised team member understand the history and next action?
CorrectionCan the agent review an exception or correct a mistaken detail?

Where Agent Zone should be on your shortlist.

Consider Agent Zone when you want conversation capture, buyer context and follow-through in the CRM itself. Its connected workflow is the proposition to evaluate: preparation, conversation updates, commitments, visits and team visibility.

If you need to retain a particular existing CRM, unsupported communication channel or specialist enterprise workflow, confirm the fit first. Do not infer a third-party integration from a general automation claim.

Compare the operating cost, too.

  • Check user counts, billing period and what each plan includes.
  • Separate subscription cost, GST and provider-dependent telephony charges.
  • Confirm setup requirements for calling, WhatsApp and existing leads.
  • Ask how your agents handle exceptions and corrections in daily work.

Measure the pilot before claiming the gain.

For a pilot, record correct captured facts, missed facts and unsupported additions separately. Measure commitment and schedule correctness as well as the time spent reviewing and correcting records.

Use a stated sample size, language mix and integration scope. Compare the same workflow before and after adoption. This guide provides evaluation questions; Veldence is not publishing a measured customer uplift or a claim that no competing CRM offers automation.
