Illustrative call demonstration; not a customer performance result.

## What the buyer says.

Arjun wants a 3 BHK in Whitefield, with a ₹1.5–2.5 crore budget, for investment. The point is to carry those details into the lead without asking the agent to type them again.

| Buyer detail | Captured value |
| --- | --- |
| Location | Whitefield |
| Configuration | 3 BHK |
| Budget | ₹1.5–2.5 crore |
| Purpose | Investment |

## Promises are work, not just more notes.

The call contains two different commitments. Agent Zone keeps each one separate from buyer preferences and from the other promise.

| Commitment | Known from the call | Still needed |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 1 · Call Arjun back | Tomorrow at 10:30 AM | No missing date or time |
| 2 · Send project brochure | Today | Brochure delivery time |

## Ask for the missing detail. Keep the captured detail.

After the call, the demonstration shows Agent Zone writing up the conversation and then opens Ria’s phone. Buyer details and commitments are available on the lead.

The callback’s date and time are already captured. Ria supplies a time for the brochure. Requiring the known date again would be unnecessary; silently inventing a time would be misleading.

## The saved lead carries the conversation forward.

After saving, the buyer details and both scheduled commitments sit together. The next person looking at the lead can understand the buyer and the work to do.

This screen proves the logic of the illustrated workflow. It does not prove that the brochure has been sent. Completion needs the relevant action or evidence.

## Try it and check the result yourself.

- Watch the call before reading the captured facts.
- Compare the four values with the buyer’s words.
- Open commitments and check the callback schedule.
- Supply the brochure time and inspect the saved lead.
- Continue into the capability demonstrations for context, delivery evidence and team visibility.

## What this example establishes.

This is a scripted, illustrative product demonstration. It shows the intended connected workflow and missing-information handling; it is not a live customer record, an extraction-accuracy benchmark or evidence of time savings across a customer team.
